SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement regulates the sale and delivery of products/services ("Product/Products") that the consumer wishes to purchase by placing an order via www.avvio.com.tr or through a mobile application, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.
Upon the consumer's approval of the agreement on the website, the order amount will be collected according to the payment method chosen by the consumer.

PAYMENT METHODS

The consumer can pay for the products included in the order using the following methods:

  • Credit Card

  • Debit Card

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without stating any reason and without paying any penalty.
The consumer can also exercise their right of withdrawal during the period until the delivery of the goods.

Start of the withdrawal period:

  • For goods delivered separately in one order, the day the last item is delivered,

  • For goods consisting of multiple parts, the day the last part is delivered,

  • For regular deliveries, the day of the first delivery,
    is taken as the basis.

HOW DO I RETURN?

  1. Click on the “Product Cancellation and Return” section at the bottom of the www.avvio.com.tr page.

  2. Click the “Initiate Return Process” button.

  3. Enter the email address you used during the order.

  4. Select the product(s) you wish to return from the "My Orders" section.

  5. Specify the reason for return and (if applicable) the return quantity.

  6. If more than one shipping company is listed, make a selection.

  7. Your return request will be approved within 3 business days, and a return code will be sent to your email address.

  8. Package the product securely.

  9. Go to the cargo branch and simply state the return code.

  10. The product must be shipped within 10 days at the latest after receiving the return code.

  11. Once the product reaches the seller, a refund will be processed within 14 days.

The reflection of the product price from the bank to the consumer's account may vary by bank.
